Each person attending the Jamboree must provide a completed health form before they can go on to the campsite.
To avoid any delay when you arrive please complete
TWO copies of the health form for each person coming.
One copy will need to be handed to the booking team when you arrive at the Jamboree and the second is to be kept with each group
on their campsite.
Please make sure you bring two copies of each health form with you.
DO NOT post them as we cannot process them before the
the Jamboree starts. If you have already posted the health form please complete another and bring it, with a copy, with you.
