Q: Please confirm on which dates the setup starts and take down ends?
A: The camp site will be open for staff helping to set up the site from 09:00 on Wednesday 29 July 2009 and will close at 16:00 on Tuesday 11 August 2009 for those involved in striking of the camp. Please can you indicate on your staff booking form when you are available to help with the setting up and taking down.
Q: What arrangements have been made to feed the staff?
A: Central catering is available for staff during the whole period, during the seven days of the Jamboree it will cost £10 per day but is free during the setup and taking down days (beer is not included).
Q: What about those of us that do not belong to any particular group but belong to Scouts and act as instructors at the Summer camps etc.?
A: If you are a qualified instructor in any of the disciplines we are offering at the event, then we need to hear from you, please contact us at activities@seascout100.net.
You will need to have an up-to-date Enhanced CRB and we may ask for details of your qualifications. If you do not have an up-to-date Enhanced CRB still contact us as we may be able to process one for you.
